Retired Sgt. Shepherd Mudavanhu

Our Founder's Story

Mission Charitable Trust (formerly Mudavanhu Charitable Trust) was founded in 2019 by Retired ZNA Sergeant Shepherd Mudavanhu. He witnessed first hand healthcare challenges facing rural, hard-to-reach communities internationally during his years of service in Zimbabwe and abroad. After retirement, Shepherd dedicated his life to addressing these disparities. What began as a small initiative to provide basic medical care has grown into a comprehensive healthcare organisation serving thousands annually.

Founder's Quote

"I believe that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental human right, not a privilege. Our mission is to ensure that no Zimbabwean is left behind when it comes to receiving the medical attention they deserve."
